The platform covers the full member lifecycle on a single record shared across every club in a portfolio: online join with e-signed contracts, membership sales pipeline, dues billing and autopay, tee sheet management, pro shop and point-of-sale, events and catering, and a full accounting suite. The tee sheet supports rate grids (peak, off-peak, guest, twilight, member, and public), booking windows by membership tier, standing tee times, a weekend lottery, and starter, ranger, and bag-room screens with pace-of-play tracking. Autopay runs by card or US bank account (ACH) with prorated first periods, failed-payment retries that never charge twice, and statements that include finance charges and food and beverage minimums. The Accounting Suite add-on provides a general ledger, payables and receivables per club or consolidated, bank reconciliation, budgets, period close, and purchasing with three-way match.
