Corsiva OS is a web-based management software for vehicle rental agencies and companies (passenger cars, vans, premium vehicles) and for automotive concierge operators, from an independent structuring a first fleet to a multi-site business.

Daily operations: quotes and bookings, a schedule of the whole fleet, dynamic pricing rules (season, weekend, duration, last minute), vehicle and customer records, mobile check-in and check-out inspections with time-stamped photos and damage tracking, contracts generated without re-entry and signed electronically, invoicing with continuous sequential numbering, automatic emails and SMS reminders, automatic Google review requests.

Payments: online prepayment and card-hold security deposits through Stripe, with 3-D Secure, without a payment terminal and without per-transaction fees charged by the software.

Dedicated portals: owner accounts for vehicles entrusted by third parties, with automatic statements and configurable revenue sharing, a referral partner portal and customer accounts. White-label branding covers the application, emails, PDF documents and your own domain; an optional branded booking website connects to the schedule.

Pricing is flat: three monthly plans from EUR 59 excl. VAT with a 1-year commitment (EUR 70 without), unlimited vehicles and bookings, no commission on rentals, updates and 7-day-a-week support included, one month of the Business plan offered at sign-up. Data is hosted in Europe. Every feature was first used in the rental agencies operated by the publisher in the French Alps.
