Coworking OS is operations software for coworking spaces, managed offices and virtual office providers in India. It was built inside a coworking space in Hyderabad and is used there every day, so it handles the way Indian operators work: rent paid on WhatsApp and UPI, security deposits and notice periods, invoices that carry your GSTIN, and enquiries that arrive on the phone.

Rent and billing: every invoice has a Pay Now link (Razorpay, Cashfree or Zoho Payments) and a UPI QR. Members tap "I've paid" with the UTR, and you confirm it in one tap. Reminders and receipts go out on WhatsApp and email; part payments, arrears and pro-rata first months are handled. Billing autopilot can prepare or send the month's invoices.

Members and cabins: one record per member with cabin, rent, deposit, agreement and notice period. Leads and agreements: a pipeline from enquiry to proposal to a leave-and-licence agreement signed online. Bookings: meeting rooms and hot desks, booked in the member app or on a public page.

Field staff: housekeeping and security get their own app, with mobile-number and PIN sign-in, in English, Telugu or Hindi. It covers jobs and checklists with photo proof, a gate log, and check-in only from inside the building.
