Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

CRE Assets overview
What is CRE Assets?
CRE Assets is a cloud-based platform for commercial real estate sponsors, GPs, syndicators, fund managers, co-sponsors, family offices, and owner-operators who manage the full deal lifecycle from underwriting through disposition. All deal data — underwriting assumptions, investor records, capital account ledgers, property operations, books, and distributions — lives on a single deal record, eliminating manual re-keying across separate tools. The platform is accessible via web browser on desktops, tablets, and phones with no separate mobile app required.
CRE Assets covers eight functional areas in one flat-priced subscription. Fundraising and CRM tools include deal rooms with NDA gates, email campaigns, lead forms, pipelines, and soft commits. The investor portal delivers a branded LP home with portfolio views, distributions, documents, a tax center, and online investing across entities — reading directly from the same capital-account ledger the sponsor team uses, so no separate sync is required. Digital closing handles subscription questionnaires, e-signature with GP countersign, accreditation verification, and sanctions screening across seven official lists. Waterfall and distribution tools include 23 waterfall templates supporting IRR, cash-on-cash, and return-of-capital hurdles, plus clawback and withholding. Fund administration covers capital account ledgers, K-1 drafts, and a report builder with eight ready-made templates. Property management supports units, leases, online rental applications, maintenance tracking, and a white-labelled tenant portal. Accounting provides deal-level double-entry general ledger with chart of accounts, bank line matching, P&L, and balance sheet. Asset types explicitly supported include multifamily, industrial, and self-storage.
CRE Assets includes AI underwriting and an AI assistant at no additional cost on the paid plan. The AI underwriting module parses offering memoranda, rent rolls, and T-12s in PDF or Excel format, populating a typed workbook covering unit mix, income, expenses, financing, sale, rent comps, and a cash-flow model with sensitivities; source documents remain attached for human review. When a deal proceeds, the parsed workbook converts directly into the deal record. The AI assistant drafts investor letters with every figure cited and runs covenant and wire monitors. AI output is positioned as analysis and drafts for human review. Pricing is $299 per month flat — no per-seat, per-investor, per-entity, or AUM fees, and no annual contract — with free use until investor capital is collected. Sponsors migrating from another platform or spreadsheets receive free data migration covering investors, entities, positions, contributions, distribution history, and documents, plus a free first month on the paid plan.
