Most scheduling tools show hours multiplied by rate. Crewo shows the true employer cost as you build: gross pay plus employer National Insurance, pension contributions, and holiday accrual, updating live with every shift you place. UK employment rules are built in. National Minimum Wage checks by age band flag underpaid shifts before they're published, and Working Time Regulations break advisories appear as you rota. A tronc distribution module produces itemised per-person records that work alongside your troncmaster and payroll.

Managers build the week with a drag-and-drop grid, week templates, and one-click duplication. Staff open Crewo in any phone browser. nothing to install. To see their shifts, set availability, request holiday, propose swaps, and clock in with a QR code and geofence. Requests land in one approval inbox. Pre-shift reminders, timesheets with a correction flow, and one-click payroll export (CSV/PDF for Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, BrightPay and any software that imports CSV) close the week without spreadsheets.
