DashOps is a dashboard for Meta advertising operations that centralizes reporting and management of Facebook and Instagram campaigns across multiple account structures. The platform serves solo advertisers, e-commerce brands, freelancers, in-house marketing teams and agencies that require centralized control without relying on Meta Ads Manager. The interface consolidates campaign creation, editing, reporting, audience management and lead form functionality under a custom branded domain. It caters to organizations that manage between one and twenty ad accounts and need multi-account visibility, team collaboration features and client-facing performance reports.
The platform’s campaign management functionality features a guided four-step creation wizard covering objective selection, budget allocation, audience targeting, creative deployment and review stages. Inline editing enables modification of campaigns, ad sets and ads with support for duplication and bulk actions that synchronize changes through Meta’s API. The reporting infrastructure delivers automated email digests on daily, weekly or monthly schedules per ad account alongside branded PDF reports and multi-sheet Excel exports with currency-aware formatting and frozen headers. An audience builder supports custom, lookalike and saved audiences with access to Meta’s full targeting primitives. Native instant forms can be created, edited and published within the dashboard, with lead export capabilities to CSV, XLSX and Google Sheets formats.
White-label deployment operates at two levels. A Lite configuration permits logo upload, brand colour customization and footer mark removal while retaining the vendor’s URL structure. A full white-label implementation adds custom domain support with managed SSL certificates and custom email sender configuration for digest delivery from client-owned domains. Role-based access control defines Admin, Team Member and Client User permissions with per-account scoping for team invitations and read-only client logins. Optional spend visibility toggles allow agencies to hide cost data from end clients while preserving access to performance metrics.
DashOps connects to Meta’s advertising infrastructure via OAuth authentication that retrieves ad accounts, pages, pixels and audiences without requiring Meta Developer credentials or manual token management. Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-two-hundred-fifty-six-GCM and data in transit is protected with TLS one-point-three. The platform uses JSON Web Token authentication with fifteen minute expiry and seven day refresh cycles and maintains a SOC-two audit log of every modification for compliance requirements. Roadmap items include support for Google Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads integrations along with AI-powered insights and cross-account optimization features.
