What is myUnity?

Netsmart myUnity (formerly DeVero) is an electronic health records management system designed to provide home healthcare agencies, hospices, pediatrics and therapy groups with a flexible, scalable and secure cloud-based platform from which to manage their clinical documentation.

Netsmart aims to enhance home health and hospice operations by offering users the tools to manage, send and receive documents electronically and upload supporting files, images and videos easily.

Users can also manage caregiver schedules with an online calendar, communicate conveniently with secure one-on-one or group messaging as well as perform multi-service line billing through integrations with Ability or ZirMed electronic billing software.

With a self-service portal, myUnity grants physicians the flexibility to provide point-of-care oversight as well as sign forms electronically at any time. Moreover, myUnity includes comprehensive reporting technology that allows users to generate custom reports on any field or any form in addition to established clinical, administrative and financial reports.

Built with an intuitive design, myUnity aims to equip clinicians with a simple and accessible EHR management solution. As a web-based system, myUnity supports any device, delivering a mobile and centralized system from which users can access and organize their documents, schedules, and reports.

myUnity is a scalable solution, capable of supporting all business lines across the post-acute care continuum on one platform as well as meeting care coordination, analytics, and interoperability needs.
