easyElektriker is built for self-employed electricians and small electrical contractors in Austria who want to spend their time on site, not in the office.

Everything runs through the project. You create a project for a customer or job site. Quotes, appointments, delivery notes and invoices all belong to that project, so every document for a job is in one place.

On site, you record working hours, tasks and installed materials directly on a digital delivery note. The customer signs on your phone. No paper, no printer, nothing to type up in the evening.

When the job is done, you select one or more delivery notes and easyElektriker carries the work and materials over into the invoice. For long-running job sites, you can bill all delivery notes of a project at once. Materials you ordered can be noted in the project before a delivery note exists, so nothing gets forgotten on the invoice.

The calendar shows all appointments in a weekly and monthly view. You can move appointments or change their duration, see the status of each job (planned, in progress, completed), call the customer or start navigation with Google Maps.

easyElektriker is deliberately simple. No modules to configure, no lengthy setup. It runs in the browser on phone, tablet and PC, with unlimited users and updates included.

Support and development sit at the same desk. When you call, you talk to someone who knows and builds the software.

The user interface is in German and tailored to the Austrian market.
