Clarity-GMS brings the whole of a UK garage into one system: the diary, the job card, the inspection, the invoice and the customer.

Booking and diary. Customers book online 24/7 through a branded website included with your subscription, and the job drops straight into the workshop diary. Technician scheduling and dedicated MOT slot control mean the day is planned before the first car arrives, instead of being rebuilt around every phone call.

MOT and service reminders. Reminders go out automatically by email and WhatsApp, kept accurate against DVLA data, and link directly to online booking so a reminder turns into a booked job rather than a voicemail.

Digital vehicle inspections. Technicians record photo and video evidence on a phone and send it to the customer, who approves the work from the link. Advisory work stops depending on whether the customer takes your word for it.

Invoicing and accounts. Invoices are raised from the job card and sync live with Xero or QuickBooks, so the same figures are not typed twice.

Parts and repair times. GSF Car Parts ordering and repair-time lookups sit inside the job card, so pricing a job does not mean leaving the system.

Also included: a customer portal showing vehicle history, past invoices and inspection results; staff directory, skills matrix and holiday planner; a financial dashboard; and AI assistants that handle booking enquiries out of hours and help with admin.

Pricing is one flat plan at 149 GBP per month plus VAT with everything included: no per-user charges, no feature tiers, no setup fee, cancel any time, and free done-for-you migration from your current system.

Best suited to UK independent garages, MOT stations and workshops from a single ramp up to around twenty staff, particularly those replacing a paper diary or an ageing system such as TechMan Pro, Garage Hive or Dragon2000.
