The tool is designed so that the person running the survey does not need to be technical. Creating a survey, choosing question types, sharing the survey, and reading the results takes minutes, not days. Pricing scales with usage: the number of active surveys and users determines the plan, not the features. All subscription tiers include the full feature set. Fiilster is fully GDPR compliant. All data is stored and processed within the EU/EEA (Amsterdam). The platform uses role-based access controls, so each user sees only the data relevant to assigned responsibilities. Fiilster is built on Microsoft ASP.NET Core with HTTPS/TLS encryption throughout.

Additional active surveys cost €40/month each, additional admin users cost €30/month each, and basic users cost €10/month each, with all prices excluding VAT and a free trial available.
