Surveys can be run across different teams, departments, or customer groups, and results are available immediately in a reporting view that highlights strengths and areas for improvement. Fiilster supports feedback at multiple levels: individual, team, and organizational. This makes Fiilster suitable not just for annual employee satisfaction surveys, but for ongoing use cases like project reviews, onboarding feedback, customer satisfaction after service interactions, or internal idea collection.

Fiilster works for any organization that has a group of people to hear from — whether that group is 10 employees, 500 customers, or both. The tool is designed so that the person running the survey does not need to be technical. Creating a survey, choosing question types, sharing the survey, and reading the results takes minutes, not days. Pricing scales with usage: the number of active surveys and users determines the plan, not the features. All subscription tiers include the full feature set. Fiilster is fully GDPR compliant. All data is stored and processed within the EU/EEA (Amsterdam). The platform uses role-based access controls, so each user sees only the data relevant to assigned responsibilities. Fiilster is built on Microsoft ASP.NET Core with HTTPS/TLS encryption throughout.

The platform is straightforward enough that most users are up and running without assistance. The pricing overview includes Solo at €49/month for 1 active survey and 1 admin user, Team at €119/month for 2 active surveys and 3 admin users, and Organization at €169/month for 3 active surveys and 5 admin users. Additional active surveys cost €40/month each, additional admin users cost €30/month each, and basic users cost €10/month each, with all prices excluding VAT and a free trial available.
