What is FlatRateChat?
FlatRateChat adds an AI chatbot to a small-business website that answers questions using only that business's own pages. Every answer links to the page it came from. If the answer isn't on the site, the chatbot says so and shows the business's phone, email or contact page rather than making something up.
Typical users are salons, nail salons, contractors, restaurants, mechanics and bakeries whose visitors keep asking about opening hours, prices, services and booking.
Pricing is a flat monthly fee with no per-message credits. Wix users can install the free app from the Wix App Market, with paid plans at $19 and $59 a month. Owners of any other website can try a free demo on their own site at flatratechat.com without signing up, then start a 14-day free trial.
Setup: enter your website address, let FlatRateChat read your pages, and install the Wix app or paste a single line of code. Your site is re-read weekly to keep answers up to date.
