With Text Blaze, you can create and share smart templates and insert them anywhere by typing a shortcut. Simply type /ty in your email app and Text Blaze will type a nicely worded, personal and contextual thank you note. Type /ans and Text Blaze will type the answer to a common user question tailored to the customer situation and will update your ticketing system accordingly.

Text Blaze is like creating your own slash commands for anywhere - mini-productivity apps that work anywhere, bring your tools together and streamline your processes.

Text Blaze is a desktop app and/or chrome extension and works anywhere (on your email, your LinkedIn, your customer service apps or your CRM). Regardless of where you and your team work, you’ll start saving time within seconds.

Keep your team’s communication and workflows consistent and accurate - Share snippets with your team to ensure consistency and completeness of communications, to help everyone save time, and to help new team members hit the ground running.

Get the message right every time - turn your templates (snippets in Text Blaze) into smart templates by adding dynamic features:

- Add Dynamic fields, like today's date or any date in the past or future (e.g. the first Monday of next month)

- Create customizable templates with placeholders (form fields), including dropdown menus, date selectors, etc.

- Incorporate logic into your snippet with conditional text (if/then statements) that can be based on form fields’ values. For example, you can add a form field for cost and automatically add discount information if the cost exceeds $xx.

- Use a wide range of math or text formulas. You can multiply two form fields, iterate over lists, split text, and more.

- Incorporate data from the webpage in your snippet or integrate with other apps and read and write data from and to other apps from your snippets.
