What is FOVATA?
FOVATA helps business teams turn information in PDFs, scans, and images into structured Excel output. Users specify the fields to extract and how rows should be organized using natural-language instructions, then review the resulting spreadsheet. Saved extraction templates support recurring document workflows, including invoices, purchase orders, shipping and trade documents, bank statements, receipts, and contracts. FOVATA combines document-to-Excel conversion with AI field extraction to reduce manual retyping and formatting work.
