What is Inboxful?
Inboxful is a browser-based customer service CRM for Arabic and English teams. Its responsive workspace unifies configured WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook Messenger and Instagram conversations with customer profiles, service requests, callbacks and interaction history. Each conversation has one responsible agent; automatic assignment and transfer rules can route work to Ready agents. Supervisors can review service activity, quality and reports, and export data to Excel or CSV. Professional includes workflows, a knowledge base, surveys, human-reviewed AI drafts and configured read-only ERP lookups. Contact Center adds a Grandstream UCM hotline connector after a site survey and acceptance calls. Workspace administrators manage roles, connected account limits and company identity. Connections require each customer’s platform accounts, permissions and testing.
