Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Inoscope overview
What is Inoscope?
Inoscope is a construction estimating and pricing software platform that transforms project documentation into structured and priced assessments for professional review. Developed by Traft NZ Limited, it serves construction professionals, including builders, quantity surveyors, insurance repair teams, renovation contractors and tender pricing specialists who require automated quantity takeoff and pricing output generation. The platform addresses workflows across damage assessment, general property assessment, tender evaluation, maintenance pricing and variation management for construction and repair applications.
The platform processes diverse input formats, such as construction drawings, site photographs, specification documents, marked up plans, scope notes, supplier PDFs, meeting recordings and historical invoices. An embedded artificial intelligence agent named Bee performs automated quantity measurement from source materials, detects work types, applies calibrated rates from account specific rate libraries and generates itemized line items with linked assumption descriptions and evidence records. Three primary assessment modes are supported. Damage Assessment converts site damage photographs into structured and priced scopes of work for insurance and repair workflows. General Assessment captures property or asset conditions and drafts detailed quantities and line items. Tender Assessment parses complete tender document sets to extract scope definitions, quantities and priced line items for team review.
Conversational editing capabilities enable estimate refinement through natural language commands. Voice note capture during site visits converts spoken context into scope items and pricing adjustments that synchronize with the central record. Rate calibration functionality adapts learned rates from past jobs and invoices to preserve account specific pricing consistency.
Output options include detailed line item exports with material, labor, overhead and section categorizations, margin application controls, goods and services tax calculations and report or quote export capabilities. The platform offers secure file hosting for document storage and historical reference, supports parallel processing of multiple projects and maintains real time synchronization between field captured context and office pricing records. The application is delivered as a standalone web based solution accessible through standard login credentials.
