Quoting and invoicing

Hierarchical quotes with headings, sub-headings, lines and comments; drag-and-drop reordering; automatic net, VAT and gross calculation with multiple VAT rates in real time; integrated PDF preview; CSV import and export; one-click duplication; electronic signature by the customer; a library of reusable quote templates.

Construction mode

Deposit invoices as a percentage or a fixed amount; progress invoices based on actual site completion, automatically deducting amounts already invoiced; automatic closing invoice for the remaining balance; warranty retention tracked through to handover; a milestone plan where each segment becomes the matching invoice.

Garage mode

Customer vehicle records (plate, make, model, VIN, mileage) reused across documents; repair orders pre-filled from stored vehicle data and linked to the corresponding quote.

AI agent

Creates, edits, corrects and rewrites quotes and invoices from voice or keyboard input; creates customer records; retrieves the right quote template from the library; guides users through the application and answers questions about it. It refuses to modify a finalised invoice and directs the user to a credit note instead.

Purchases and accounting

Receipt and supplier invoice scanning with automatic extraction of merchant, amounts and VAT; a free dedicated access for the customer's accountant, with one-click export of sales and purchase journals, accounting entries and supporting documents.

Integrations and compliance

Connected to B2Brouter, an accredited platform, for reception of Factur-X electronic invoices. Finalised documents are locked and cannot be altered; corrections go through a credit note, and every document carries a timestamped history.
