Kapi Punto de Venta is the cloud point-of-sale and back-office system for businesses with several locations in Mexico: grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and cafes, butcher shops, boutiques, hardware stores and furniture stores. It runs entirely in the browser, with nothing to install, and every branch is visible in one account.

At the register: barcode checkout, split payments, sales by weight with a scale, promotions that apply automatically, and shift cash counts with differences flagged.

Control: each employee has a user with more than 100 configurable permissions; cancellations, returns and discounts require authorization and leave a trail of who and when. Credit sales with recorded payments, and layaways with deposits.

Multi-location inventory: real-time stock for every store in a single account, transfers recorded on both ends, lots and expiration dates, cycle counts, minimum and maximum levels with alerts, and automatically suggested purchase orders.

Electronic invoicing for the Mexican tax authority (SAT): CFDI 4.0 invoices issued directly from the point of sale, a global invoice for walk-in sales in one step, credit notes and payment complements (REP), plus a self-service portal where customers generate their own invoice from the ticket.

Pharmacies: prescription capture at checkout for antibiotics and controlled medicines, with doctor name and license, retention flag, and lot and expiration date per product, linked to the sale.

Restaurants: table map and checks, orders sent to a kitchen display screen, shift cash register, recipes that deduct ingredients from inventory, waste recorded with reason and cost, and Uber Eats, DiDi Food and Rappi orders in the same flow.
