Kuradash is a web-based platform built specifically for professional counsellors and therapists who want to offer secure text-based sessions without the complexity of traditional telehealth software.

At its core, Kuradash provides two things: a personalised digital waiting room and a real-time encrypted text chat tool.

Counsellors share a unique URL with their clients. The client clicks the link, enters their first name, and waits to be admitted - no account creation, no app download, no login required. Once admitted, both sides enter a live text session with bidirectional typing previews, meaning both the counsellor and client can see what the other is typing as they type it.

Every session is protected with end-to-end encryption using ECDH P-256 key exchange and AES-256-GCM. Messages are encrypted in the browser before they leave the device, so not even Kuradash can read session content. Transcripts are auto-generated as downloadable PDFs after each session and then automatically deleted according to the counsellor's chosen retention period (7, 14, or 30 days), keeping everything GDPR-compliant without any manual effort.

Counsellors can customise their waiting room with their own branding - logo, colours, background image, and welcome message - so clients see a familiar, professional environment. The platform also includes session notes that counsellors can write during or after a session, a crisis support panel with country-aware resources, and a session info panel that adapts its language for younger clients.

On the practice management side, Kuradash handles the compliance essentials. Counsellors confirm professional indemnity insurance during signup and accept a Data Processing Agreement. Client data consent is collected automatically before each session, and a full audit trail is maintained. There is also a built-in data protection complaint system with case references and deadline tracking.

The platform includes a guided onboarding wizard that walks new counsellors through setting up their profile, branding, session preferences, and notification settings - so they can be ready to see their first client within minutes of signing up.

Kuradash runs entirely in the browser on any device. There is nothing for clients to install, and counsellors access their dashboard from any modern web browser. Data is hosted on EU servers.
