LoadHiveAI is a cloud-based transportation management system built for owner-operators, small and midsize motor carriers, and freight brokers. It is priced per office user rather than per truck, so trucks, drivers and loads are unlimited on every plan and adding equipment does not increase the bill.
The platform consolidates the tools a small carrier typically buys separately - a legacy TMS, a load board, an accounting package, an IFTA service and a compliance tracker - into a single login.

Basic is $10 per user per month and Pro is $39 per user per month, both billed monthly with cancellation any time, or yearly for savings of up to 26%. Fleet is custom volume pricing. There is no onboarding fee - the LoadHiveAI team runs the demo and provisions the account. A 14-day free trial is available.
