Unlike starting with an empty platform, Lobify includes guided initial setup. After registration, the hotel receives a private setup link to complete its information step by step. Once the required details are submitted, Lobify prepares the front desk panel (PMS), official hotel website, and direct booking engine in less than 24 hours, so teams can start testing the platform with real hotel data instead of configuring everything from scratch.

From one visual calendar, hotel teams can review arrivals, departures, guests in house, room availability, housekeeping status, pending payments, and booking details. Lobify can be used from any phone, tablet, or computer without installing local software or buying additional hardware.

Lobify also helps small hotels sell direct through an official website and direct booking engine connected to the hotel’s reservation workflow. Guests can check availability, view rates, apply promotions, and book from the hotel’s own channel without OTA commissions. The platform also supports WhatsApp-ready workflows.
