Integrity Loop overview
What is Integrity Loop?
Lucens Integrity is an asset integrity management software platform that uses artificial intelligence to transform industrial inspection reports into structured, actionable maintenance data. It is designed for industries managing critical equipment in sectors such as food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and medical device production. The platform addresses the challenge of handling hundreds of inspection reports annually that are often scattered across portable document formats, network folders, email systems, and computerized maintenance management systems. Lucens Integrity consolidates this data into a single, historically tracked database to enable equipment condition monitoring, degradation trend analysis, and risk based decision making for maintenance teams, inspection departments, integrity engineers, quality assurance personnel, and executives.
The software automates workflows by allowing users to import inspection reports individually or from designated folders. Format recognition technology extracts key data including equipment identifiers, inspection dates, measurement values, defect descriptions, defect locations, severity classifications, and inspector recommendations. Processing occurs entirely on local infrastructure to ensure data sovereignty. Each report updates the historical record of the corresponding asset and creates equipment files that display current condition status, two dimensional defect cartography, complete inspection history, and campaign to campaign comparisons. Regulatory compliance deadlines are calculated based on inspection periodicities, and upcoming and overdue inspections are highlighted. Inspector recommendations become tracked actions with status indicators for completed, open, and overdue tasks. Assets are classified by criticality and risk to focus resources on equipment with the highest potential for production interruptions or safety incidents. Key performance indicators update automatically with each report import. Multi site management consolidates facilities into unified views while preserving site specific details. Audit preparation tools compile documentation packages that include historical data, original reports, compliance deadlines, and recommendation tracking.
Lucens Integrity complements enterprise asset management and computerized maintenance management system platforms by providing an asset integrity layer that these systems do not natively cover. It structures and analyzes non destructive testing inspection report data that is typically stored as file attachments and offers two dimensional defect mapping and time based degradation tracking. The platform operates locally on customer infrastructure to ensure data security and eliminate external dependencies. Installation options include autonomous setup by in house information technology teams or remote assisted installation with full configuration, validation, and training. Supported equipment includes storage tanks, piping systems, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, drying towers, autoclaves, silos, filters, sterile tanks, and steam generators. An adapter based engine processes diverse inspection report formats, and unsupported formats are archived and flagged for review.
The platform does not perform physical inspections but structures and tracks data obtained from inspections conducted by qualified organizations using non destructive testing methods such as ultrasonic testing, liquid penetrant testing, and radiographic testing. It supports predictive maintenance by monitoring defect evolution across inspections and highlighting degrading equipment for proactive repairs to prevent production stoppages. Alerts are generated based on actual inspection data. The platform aligns with industry standards such as API five one zero, API five seven zero, and API six five three and supports risk based inspection methodologies to enable prioritization based on equipment specific risk profiles. All data maintains traceability to source documents with single click access to original reports, and automated backups, reversible deletion, and full data retention ensure continuous data integrity on customer infrastructure.
