What is Macanta?

With Macanta, you are given the power to create a custom CRM for your business, including powerful workflow and process automation.

As your business grows and changes, your CRM and Automation should grow and change accordingly.

With Macanta, you are not at risk of having to rip up your CRM every 2 years, because your business needs have changed.

You are in control, and you can update and change anything, as your needs change.

All of this, without writing any code? Really?

You start by deciding what the data in your business looks like. You create the data structures, and in doing so you are also building your custom interface.

Once you have your Data Structure set up, you are able to start creating your workflow and process automation.

The Macanta Automation Engine works on a true If This Then That model.

If you can describe your workflow to the person next to you, then you can describe it to Macanta.

It works like this:

IF x happens, is true, is not true, Then do Y.

As an example:

IF a lead has the stage `New Lead` and the `Date Created` is -3 days, then send a follow-up email to the Key Contact and create a follow-up task for the assigned Sales Rep.

Your workflows and automation is made up out of an unlimited number of these IF THIS. THEN THAT building block, patched together in any configuration you need.

If you find that your workflow requires a data point or field not in your interface, you simply add the new field in the Data Object Builder and then you'll have this available in the workflow engine.

What types of workflow can you build?

Data Updates, Data Calculations, Date Calculations, Tasks, Notes, Emails, SMS and more. You can even send out Webhooks, to pass data to any of the other systems you use in your business.

No need for duplicate data entry.

Taking of Data Entry, Macanta has a very extensive API, as well as integrations for Zapier, Integrately and Integromat.

You are free to retrieve information or send information into and out of Macanta as you need to.
