What is MDE Pro?
Most mortgage websites lose visitors at the exact moment they're deciding whether to apply. MDE Pro closes that gap. It's a white-label decision engine that brokers install on their own website with a single script tag, no developer needed.
Visitors answer eight questions about their loan and their finances. In about 20 seconds, they get a Readiness Score, an Approval Likelihood built from debt-to-income ratio, credit, down payment, and cash flow, and specific feedback on what's working and what to improve. Visitors who are ready get sent directly into the broker's existing loan application. Visitors who aren't get pointed toward a conversation with the broker instead of leaving the site.
The broker's name, photo, and contact details stay visible on screen from start to finish, so it never feels like a third-party tool. Nothing about the visitor's data is stored or shared. All of it runs in the browser, and the broker doesn't manage a dashboard, a login, or a database.
