What is Mentbot?
Mentbot answers the comments on your Facebook and Instagram posts for you. Each time a buyer comments, Mentbot posts a public reply under the comment and sends that person a private message in Messenger or Instagram Direct, so the questions that sell ("How much?", "Is this still available?") turn into one-to-one conversations you can close.
You decide what gets sent. Rules match keywords and hashtags, and each rule can cover every post or only the posts you pick. Mentbot can also like or hide comments on its own, and when a customer's message sits unread it sends you a Telegram alert after a delay you choose.
Mentbot is built for one job, so there is no chatbot builder and no flows to design. Pricing is in US dollars and depends only on daily comment volume: $9, $19, $29 or $49 a month. Every plan includes every feature and unlimited Facebook Pages. The 14-day free trial needs no credit card.
