What is Moonshot Clinic EHR?
Moonshot Clinic EHR is a cloud-based platform for cash-pay specialty practices that connects clinical records with scheduling, patient access, billing, inventory, and lead management.
Clinical teams use visit templates, patient histories, lab workflows, and prescribing through ScriptSure. Online booking, digital intake, messaging, telehealth, and a patient portal support the patient experience around each encounter.
Operational tools include lot-level medication inventory, Stripe payments and recurring memberships, CRM follow-up, and reporting. AI scribe and assistant capabilities support documentation and operational tasks with human review. DEXA integrations connect body-composition services with patient records and reporting.
Moonshot was developed by clinic operator Tom Kashul and is used at Moonshot Medical and Performance. It serves hormone therapy, medical weight loss, functional medicine, concierge, and other cash-pay practices. Insurance claims processing is outside its core cash-pay workflow.
