NestliCare runs the full daily operation of a childcare center, preschool, or home daycare. Enrollment and admissions: online registration forms, lead tracking, and waitlist management. Billing: tuition invoicing with autopay, subsidy and discount tracking, late fees, and online payments through Stripe. Attendance: QR-code and kiosk check-in and check-out with instant parent notifications, plus attendance reports for licensing. Staff management: scheduling, timesheets, PTO tracking, and payroll exports. Family engagement: daily activity feeds with photos, meal and nap logging, immunization tracking, announcements, and direct messaging between teachers and parents.
Native iOS and Android apps give parents, teachers, and administrators tailored experiences, and the web dashboard scales from a single home daycare to multi-center organizations.
