Nivision overview

What is Nivision?

Nivision is an artificial intelligence conversation intelligence platform designed for sales, service and contact center operations that require comprehensive analysis of customer interactions across multiple channels. It addresses the common situation in which automatically generated transcripts and summaries remain unread and fail to inform actionable outcomes. The platform transforms conversation data into measurable performance metrics and compliance verification across entire teams rather than relying on a sample of interactions.

The platform is organized into a three layer architecture. The first layer, Listen, delivers full transcription of phone calls, online meetings and in-person conversations in over sixty languages with native grade accuracy in languages such as Hebrew, English, Spanish and Arabic. The transcription engine identifies speakers, timestamps and overlapping speech without manual adjustments. Configurable classifiers let organizations define conversation types with custom fields, tailored summaries and scoring rules. Proprietary knowledge bases can be attached to classifiers or fields so that the analysis model incorporates organization specific terminology and processes. Automated processing applies sentiment analysis, objection detection, compliance checks and custom data extraction to every conversation. A live operations dashboard presents real time key performance indicators, sentiment breakdowns, agent leaderboards and a continuously updated conversation feed for comprehensive visibility. Alerting features enable the definition of triggers based on conversation signals and deliver in-system notifications when conditions are met. Scheduled reporting generates daily, weekly and monthly performance summaries without manual aggregation. The platform includes a meeting bot that joins videoconference sessions to transcribe and analyze them using the same methodology. Mobile and desktop recording capabilities capture in-person events for identical processing. A consolidated customer profile feature maps each interaction and provides an aggregate relationship overview. An integrated conversational query interface allows data retrieval through natural language questions grounded in recorded conversations.

The second layer, Coach, has launched with aggregated agent performance reports that compile team-wide data into hourly, daily and weekly digests. Remaining capabilities under development include real time agent guidance, simulated avatar training and knowledge-based assistance for agents. The third layer, Act, is planned to include voicebot driven workflows, automated follow-up sequences and autonomous outbound communication to finalize tasks without human intervention.

Nivision integrates with existing telephony systems, customer relationship management platforms, video conferencing tools and calendar applications without replacing core infrastructure. Native connections exist for telephony providers such as Voipe, PayCall, Voicenter, KavKom and Mvoice and for videoconference platforms including Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. Customer relationship management integrations include strategic compatibility with platforms such as Origami, Fireberry, Salesforce, Zoho and Monday dot com. Calendar synchronization supports Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. The platform maintains strict data isolation per client and enforces privacy policies that prohibit using client conversation data to train general artificial intelligence models. Agreements with third party AI providers preserve data confidentiality and forbid model training on client data without explicit consent. Deployment options range from transcription only configurations that use recording file uploads or application programming interface transmissions to full analysis deployments. Full analysis setups require telephony connections and stakeholder collaboration to define quality criteria, classifier parameters, scoring algorithms and alert conditions aligned with organizational policies.
