GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Noctessa overview
What is Noctessa?
Noctessa turns a venue's room into its booking engine. Instead of a list of reservation rows, managers work on a live floor plan: the real tables, in the real layout, changing status as bookings land and guests arrive.
Guests book from that same plan on the venue's own branded site, available in nine languages. The claim on a table is settled in the database, so two guests reaching for it at the same moment cannot both win.
On the night, the door view becomes a check-in queue. Tickets are issued and delivered automatically, staff scan the QR code or type it by hand, and every admission is logged.
Venues plug in their own payment provider, so prepayments land in their own account and Noctessa takes no cut of the door. Events publish to the venue's site and to Instagram and Facebook from one screen, staff accounts are unlimited and carry roles, and every change is written to an audit log.
One subscription per venue. No per-table fees, no setup cost, seven-day free trial.
