Orchesi is cloud-based management software for amateur music associations, including wind bands, fanfare bands, drum bands, choirs, and orchestras. Available as a native mobile app for iOS and Android and as a browser-based web application, it consolidates member management, rehearsal and concert planning, sheet music and setlist organization, and instrument tracking into a single platform. Data is stored in the EU across Amsterdam and Frankfurt.

Designed for both association boards and individual musicians, Orchesi replaces scattered emails, group chats, and spreadsheets with a centralized system. Boards can schedule individual or recurring events for the full association, a specific group, section, or set of members, with configurable response deadlines and automated attendance collection. Smart scheduling allows an entire rehearsal series to be planned in one action, with automatic reminders dispatched to relevant members. Targeted notifications cover rehearsal reminders, last-minute changes, and general announcements. Groups and sections can be scoped independently for events and polls, and guest musicians can be invited to one or more events at no additional cost, with access expiring automatically. Sheet music is organized by piece and instrument part, allowing each member to open their own part directly in the app. Instrument tracking records association-owned instruments by type, serial number, purchase date, service status, loan assignments, and maintenance history. Member lists can be imported via Excel or CSV, or members can be onboarded through a shared invite code.
