PartLogic overview

What is PartLogic?

PartLogic is a cloud-based inventory management and product information management platform designed to help businesses create accurate, consistent and usable product data while maintaining visibility and control over stock.

The platform combines warehouse management, product information management and AI-assisted product matching within a single system. It provides organisations with a central source of truth for their products, inventory, locations, transactions and supporting information, replacing disconnected spreadsheets and fragmented systems.

PartLogic’s Product Information Management (PIM) capabilities allow users to centralise product descriptions, identifiers, categories, attributes, pricing, images and documentation. Built-in data-quality tools help identify incomplete records, inconsistent formats and potential duplicates. Products can also be associated with GTINs, barcodes and GS1 data, helping businesses improve product identification and prepare their information for marketplaces, ecommerce platforms and emerging requirements such as Digital Product Passports.

ProductMatch AI assists users in cleaning and enriching existing product records. It can interpret unclear or inconsistent descriptions, identify likely brands and model numbers, suggest improved descriptions and support the matching of records from different suppliers or systems. Confidence indicators and user approval workflows ensure that suggested changes remain controlled and auditable.

PartLogic’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) provides real-time visibility of stock across multiple locations, stores, warehouses and devices. Users can manage receiving, put-away, picking, transfers, stock adjustments and cycle counts. Barcode, QR code and RFID workflows can be used according to the type, value and operating environment of each product.

The platform maintains a clear history of inventory movements and product-data changes, helping teams investigate discrepancies, improve accountability and strengthen auditability. Dashboards highlight measures such as inventory accuracy, stock availability, items at risk, overstock, data quality and potential waste or obsolescence.

PartLogic is designed for manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, maintenance teams and other product-led organisations. Its modular approach allows smaller businesses to begin with their existing spreadsheets and straightforward barcode processes, then introduce additional automation, integrations and identification technologies as their requirements develop.

Key capabilities include:

• Centralised product catalogue and inventory records

• Multi-location stock visibility

• Receiving, put-away, picking, transfers and cycle counting

• Barcode, QR code and RFID-enabled workflows

• AI-assisted product matching, cleaning and enrichment

• GTIN and GS1-aligned product identification

• Duplicate and incomplete-record detection

• Product images, documents, attributes and classification

• Inventory and data-quality dashboards

• Role-based access, change history and audit trails

• API and integration support

• Mobile stock-management workflows

By connecting product information with physical inventory activity, PartLogic helps businesses improve stock accuracy, reduce manual administration and make product data more useful across their wider operations. The objective is to provide an accessible foundation that can grow from a simple digital catalogue into a connected inventory and product-data ecosystem.
