Pulse overview

What is Pulse?

Pulse is a real time speech to text transcription platform that converts spoken audio into written text across more than thirty eight languages and dialects with ultra low latency. The system delivers automated transcription through a simple API interface that supports both live streaming and recorded audio applications. Processing pipelines achieve latency as low as sixty four milliseconds while accommodating voice agents and conversational artificial intelligence workflows. The software addresses the needs of organizations in healthcare, legal, finance, media, customer support and enterprise sectors that require precise, real time speech recognition across diverse linguistic environments.

The platform offers two distinct model configurations to meet varying transcription requirements. The standard Pulse model processes live streaming and recorded audio with sixty four millisecond latency across more than thirty eight languages and dialects. The Pulse Pro variant is designed for high accuracy on pre-recorded audio and is currently available only in English. The system automatically identifies speakers and labels each contribution to enable clear attribution in multi-speaker scenarios.

Advanced speech analytics features include emotion recognition to detect user sentiment in conversations and real time sentiment analysis to reveal speaker attitudes. Automatic language identification enables processing of multiple languages within a single audio stream. Context switching functionality adapts transcription models to industry-specific terminology in healthcare, legal, finance, media, customer support and enterprise domains.

Developer integration is supported through Node and Python software development kits that enable direct audio-to-transcription pipelines without middleware complexity. The API accepts audio input via HTTP post requests with bearer token authentication and returns transcription data in JSON format. The platform maintains compliance with ISO twenty seven zero zero one, SOC two Type two, GDPR and HIPAA standards to ensure data security and privacy protection for sensitive transcription workloads.
