What is Ranovu?
Most service professionals piece together their online presence from four or five separate tools - a website somewhere, a scheduling link somewhere else, payments handled manually over WhatsApp, and reminders they remember to send when they have time. Ranovu replaces that stack with a single platform built specifically for appointment-based businesses.
The starting point is an AI-assisted setup. You answer a few questions about your work - profession, services, availability - and Ranovu builds a booking website for you. The whole thing takes under five minutes. There are no blank templates to fill, no design decisions to make. The site goes live on your own subdomain and clients can start booking before you finish your coffee. If you need a custom domain, that is available on higher-tier plans.
From that point, the booking workflow runs itself. Clients open your site, see your real-time availability, pick a slot, fill in whatever intake form fields you have set up, and receive a WhatsApp confirmation automatically. You see the appointment appear in your dashboard, review the intake answers, and approve or let it auto-confirm depending on your settings. No emails back and forth, no calendar invites to send manually.
The communication layer runs on WhatsApp Cloud API by default, with email as a fallback. Confirmation messages, reminders at configurable intervals, cancellation notices, rescheduling updates, and post-appointment follow-ups are all automated. You can also enable phone verification at the booking step - before the slot is reserved, the client has to tap a WhatsApp link from their phone. That alone eliminates the majority of ghost bookings and spam registrations.
Payments fit inside the same flow. Clients can pay by card through an integrated checkout session before the appointment is confirmed, or you can accept bank transfers and mark them paid manually. Each service in your catalog can have its own price, add-ons, and bundle options. Tax breakdowns and per-service pricing rules are supported from the same settings screen.
For practitioners who see clients online, Google Meet links generate automatically when an appointment is confirmed. Zoom is also supported. Google Calendar syncs two ways, so any personal event you add to your Google Calendar blocks that time on your booking site automatically.
All client data - names, phone numbers, email addresses, intake form answers, notes - is encrypted at rest with AES-256 using a separate encryption key per provider, managed through AWS KMS. Raw IP addresses are never stored in analytics. Consent records use immutable S3 storage. Row-Level Security in the database ensures no provider can ever access another provider's data, even accidentally. These are not optional add-ons - they are how the platform was built from the start.
Analytics are available across all paid plans. The dashboard shows appointments booked, site visits, conversion rate, and revenue. Higher plans add multi-currency revenue tracking, advanced filters, and satisfaction survey analytics - average ratings, response rates, and breakdowns by question.
Ranovu also ships iOS and Android apps so providers can manage appointments, approve requests, and check their calendar from their phone. Push notifications arrive instantly when a new booking comes in. For businesses that need to connect Ranovu to external systems, outbound webhooks are available on higher-tier plans.
