RentHQ is rental management software built specifically for small and medium-sized vehicle rental businesses — companies renting out passenger cars, vans, moving trucks and campervans, typically with fleets of 5 to 25 vehicles.

Digital check-in and check-out

Record the condition of a vehicle at handover directly from your phone: photos from every angle, mileage, fuel or charge level, and the customer's signature. At return, you instantly see the difference with the handover, so new damage is visible immediately. The customer signs for the condition at departure, so there is no dispute afterwards. Works offline — photos and data sync as soon as you are back in range.

Deposit handling via Stripe

Deposits are authorized as a pre-authorization before departure and released automatically on clean return. If an authorization fails, you are notified before the customer arrives, not after.

Planning board
