Order processing features handle customer deposits, deposit receipts and final balance documents while wish lists and supplier reminders ensure timely procurement.

Role based access controls assign administrators, technicians and business partners individual permissions, task assignments and performance metrics to streamline workflows. Native and API integrations connect with cash register systems, accounting platforms, payment services, messaging providers, content management systems and shipping carriers for automated label creation. The open architecture supports custom integrations without additional licensing constraints. Compliance with data protection regulations is enforced through European based hosting, encrypted data transfers and data retention policies. The solution is maintained by continuous updates and support channels for subject matter troubleshooting.
