What is Ringback?
A caller who reaches voicemail often hangs up and calls the next contractor. Ringback stops that: the moment a call is missed, it texts the caller from your own business number with a short message and your online booking link. Their reply goes to a lead inbox, you get an alert, and the dashboard counts every job recovered. It works as an app on the Android phone your business number already rings on, so there is no new number and no change to your phone service, and setup takes about 15 minutes. iPhone users can run it on a Mac signed in to the same Apple Account (Mac helper, beta: texts from the iPhone's own number while the Mac stays on), or forward unanswered calls to a spare Android. Business-hours and after-hours messages, a booking page and a weekly ROI email are included. Pricing is $17 per line per month or $170 per year, with a 7-day free trial, no setup fee and no contract.
