Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Riva overview
What is Riva?
Riva is a revenue data operations platform that captures emails, meetings, contacts, and calendar activity and syncs them bi-directionally into CRM systems. Designed for large enterprises in regulated industries, including finance, insurance, life sciences, healthcare, government, and professional services, it surfaces CRM data and actions inside existing email and calendar tools without requiring workflow changes. Deployment options include cloud (shared infrastructure), dedicated cloud (private environment), and on-premises (customer datacenter), with all options delivering the same feature set and security standards.
Core functionality centers on admin-defined capture policies that control what gets synced, in which direction, who can sync, and where data lands in CRM. A side panel inside the inbox provides CRM record access and updates, AI-assisted contact discovery, personalized email templates, multi-step outreach sequences, and automated meeting scheduling with round-robin routing. Voice note capture converts recordings into structured meeting summaries synced to CRM, and meeting intelligence transforms approved Teams or Zoom transcripts into conversation intelligence without adding a bot to live calls. Field- and record-level access controls, compliance monitoring, and audit logging support data governance requirements in regulated environments.
AI capabilities operate on the captured activity data to suggest, update, and create CRM records from email thread context, recommend replies grounded in interaction history and CRM data, and monitor CRM gaps and discrepancies through day-to-day activity. Third-party AI agents can be hosted inside Outlook via the side panel, using captured email and calendar data as read-only context while governance remains in the source system. Human review and approval is required before any AI-generated content is sent or synced, keeping teams in control of outbound communication and CRM updates.
