Scout Data overview
What is Scout Data?
Scout Data is a homeowner data platform for teams that sell to homeowners by phone or at the door: roofing contractors, solar installers, HVAC companies, appointment setters and outbound call centers.
Every list comes with the owner on title and one live mobile matched to that owner by name, DNC-scrubbed before delivery. Dead numbers are replaced, and each new file leaves out homes you already have.
- Roofing: homes whose roof is due, streets hit by a recent storm, re-roofed homes taken out.
- Solar: homes that fit an install, and owners who started solar and never finished.
- HVAC: homes whose system is due for replacement.
Work the way your team works: a data expert builds the list for your market and dialer, you build and export lists yourself in List Builder, or developers pull the owner record for any address through the Property Data API. Door-to-door teams use the Scout app on iPhone and Android.
