What is SessioFlow?
SessioFlow organizes the administrative routine of solo psychologists and small practices in one place. The calendar creates recurring sessions automatically (a patient's fixed weekly slot becomes a series created once), finances show received and pending amounts without spreadsheets, and tax-ready receipts are generated as PDFs in one click.
On the Pro plan, every online session gets its own video room that opens in the browser, with the link sent to the patient via WhatsApp; validated scales (PHQ-9, GAD-7, PSS-10, Rosenberg) are applied via link with automatic scoring; and an AI assistant answers natural-language questions about scheduling and finances. A receptionist role with configurable permissions is available, with no access to clinical content.
Compliance: per-practice data isolation, encryption, and adherence to LGPD (Brazilian data protection law) and CFP (Federal Council of Psychology) requirements for clinical records and confidentiality.
