ShrinkRapt is an on-premise medical practice management software designed to help mental health practitioners streamline patient scheduling, billing, and insurance operations. It allows clinics to maintain patient records including information about demographics, medical history, and responsible parties.
Therapy centers can utilize ShrinkRapt to maintain detailed notes of every session with patients and automatically rectify spelling errors using a built-in spell checker. The patient scheduler is integrated with billing and insurance modules, enabling clinics to automatically populate fee and adjustment amounts while processing patient visit schedules. Administrators can track patient balances, referral sources, or insurance payments and produce custom reports to gain visibility across clinical operations.
ShrinkRapt lets clinics generate billing statements using custom layouts, add insurance claim details provided by patients, and email or print payment receipts at the end of every visit. The application allows supervisors to store scanned documents, eliminating manual data entry and paper filing.
