SlapMail brings your Gmail and Outlook mailboxes into Notion so your team can read, assign, discuss, and reply to customer emails without leaving their Notion workspace. It's built for support, sales, and operations teams who already run their work in Notion. New emails sync automatically as Notion pages with structured properties (sender, subject, date) linked to the right contact — no forwarding rules needed. Your team can assign threads, leave internal comments (anything starting with # stays private), and reply directly from Notion, with the message sent from your real mailbox. Smart routing uses email labels to send messages into the right database for tickets, leads, or tasks. Attachments are stored on the right Notion page, you can connect multiple Gmail or Outlook mailboxes, and emails persist in Notion even if deleted from the original inbox. SlapMail is Google CASA Tier 2 audited and a Microsoft-verified publisher. Pricing is $8 per user per month with a 7-day free trial and no credit card required.
