Tacey overview
What is Tacey?
Tacey is a Shopify app for post-purchase order editing and address validation. It lets customers correct eligible orders on Shopify's thank you and order status pages before fulfillment, without a separate Tacey account. Customers returning through reminder emails use Shopify's passwordless emailed-code verification.
Customers can update shipping addresses and contact details, change quantities, swap variants, add products or cancel eligible orders. Merchants choose the edit window and available actions. Shopify fulfillment holds can keep eligible orders on hold during that window; availability depends on Shopify's rules and each order's state.
Address checks flag possible shipping problems and suggest corrections. Merchants can merge two paid orders from the same customer into one shipment without a second charge or refund. Tacey also supports pre-shipment reminders, post-purchase product offers, free gifts and PDF invoices, with a record of order edits and refunds.
Plans start at US$29 per month for 750 orders. All plans include a 14-day free trial and the same features; pricing varies by monthly order volume. Billing runs through Shopify. There is no free plan.
