Teneks runs in two layers: live assistance during a call, and automated analysis after it.

Live layer. Teneks listens in real time and puts coaching cards on screen: the rebuttal for the objection just raised, the discovery question still missing, the talking point that fits the stage. Guidance is generated against playbooks you upload - call scripts, product information, ICP notes - so the prompts match how your team actually sells rather than a generic template.

Analysis layer. Every call is transcribed and scored automatically. Conversations are segmented into Intro, Discovery, Pitch and Closing, with per-phase scoring, speaker ratio, sentiment, filler-word and key-event detection. Deal-killer flags catch the behaviours that lose revenue: pitching before discovery is finished, skipping follow-up questions, talking past an objection. Managers get one coaching focus per week with daily progress tracking, team scorecards and leaderboards, plus a conversational query layer that answers questions across the entire recording archive.

Meeting intelligence. Teneks also produces structured meeting records: speaker identification, theme-segmented summaries, decisions per topic, action items with owners, full transcript and audio evidence.

Languages. Native-quality transcription and coaching in 100+ languages, including Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Finnish, Polish and Swedish. Mixed-language speech, local names and company-specific terminology are handled. English-first tools produce transcripts too broken to coach from in these markets. That gap is what Teneks was built for.

Deployment. Cloud, SaaS and web-based, with native desktop apps for Windows and macOS that capture system audio directly. No meeting bot joins the call. No telephony or CRM integration is required to start. Role-based access controls and team and project workspaces are included.

Security. Data residency in the EU (Azure France Central, backups in West Europe). AES-256 encryption. GDPR compliance and alignment with the EU AI Act. Third-party analytics are disabled on every route that renders customer content.
