Tentare is a management platform built specifically for Pilates studios in Spain. It covers class booking, memberships and class packs, payments, invoicing, the team and daily operations from one web-based panel, plus the studio's own app for students and instructors.

Booking and schedule

Students book, cancel and join waitlists from the studio's own app, installed from the browser on any phone. When a spot frees up, the waitlist offers it automatically. Fixed weekly spots are booked on their own every week and can be paused for holidays without losing the place. Each class type can have its own rules: booking window, required plan, manual approval, minimum attendance and cancellation policy. The calendar works by week, day and room, with room capacity and recurring series. Studios can embed booking widgets and a contact form on their existing website without rebuilding it.

Payments and invoicing

Payments run through Stripe (card and SEPA direct debit) straight to the studio's own account; Tentare takes no commission. Memberships renew automatically, failed payments are retried, and refunds are handled from the panel. Invoices are legally numbered, and studios can switch on Veri*Factu records. Every money change made by the team is logged: who did it, when and what the previous value was.

Team and substitutions

Owners, managers, front desk and instructors each see only what their role needs; front desk does not see health records. When an instructor reports an absence, the substitution engine ranks and contacts suitable replacements, updates the schedule and notifies students, either with the owner's approval or fully automatically on the Studio plan. Instructors manage their schedule, availability, absences and attendance from their section of the studio's app.

Students and access

Each student has a profile with attendance history, active plans and an optional health questionnaire with separate permissions. Students get a permanent QR code to check in, scanned from the calendar or from the instructor's attendance list.

Integrations and data

Stripe, Gmail, WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar, Kisi and Zoom, plus Excel import and export. Migration from the studio's current platform is included. Data stays exportable at any time.
