UPDF is a cross-platform, AI-powered PDF editor for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, with browser access to UPDF AI. Its PDF toolkit covers text, image, and link editing; OCR; conversion; annotations; forms; document comparison; page organization; compression; redaction; password protection; and electronic signatures. UPDF AI provides PDF and image chat, summarization, translation, multi-document conversations, semantic search, automatic bookmark generation, writing assistance, Paper Search, Scholar Research, and AI page management. UPDF Copilot uses natural-language commands to automate tasks such as converting, protecting, and compressing PDFs. Files can sync through UPDF Cloud, and many PDF tools can run offline. A single individual account can be used on up to four supported devices. UPDF offers a limited free version, UPDF Pro annual and lifetime licenses, separate AI plans, plus business and education options.
