Vali connects to WellSky, CareSmartz360, and AxisCare, reads open shifts and caregiver data from the system you already run, and writes confirmed coverage back. The platform ships as four workflows you can enable independently:

- Vali Core (scheduling): detects open shifts, ranks caregivers on availability, skills, distance, and history, then runs multi-channel outreach until coverage is confirmed. Every conversation is visible in real time.

- Bert (shift confirmation): tracks the shift lifecycle ahead of each start time, flags shifts at risk of a no-show, and closes the loop for faster billing.

- Avery (after-hours): answers overnight, weekend, and holiday calls; resolves routine issues autonomously; escalates ambiguous or urgent cases to a human.

- Vali Plus+ (urgent coverage): live outbound calling for same-day and next-day gaps.
