Pros
All in all, value for money, good quality output, a wealth of data and functionality and easy to use.
The benefits have been providing invaluable insight to upper management regarding what kinds of opportunities are out there and consequently, giving the company a chance to grow via acquisitions.
It is very user friendly and has a lot of built in features that can help making maps extremely useful as it provides invaluable insights into your data.
Cons
For example, a common complaint of MapPoint was that it was difficult to customize a map display; whilst with Maptitude, all parts of the map display and data themes are configurable.
Please don't blame the computer or the internet connection as the program is painfully slow and extremely hard to understand how to use. Entirely too complex to navigate.
Web offering/sharing zoomable maps not on par with competitors (Maptive). A bias towards US mapping.
