Pros

The integration of connectiwise with other software is great. This is the reason why I really love this software.
So far it was a breeze to set up and create groups of my PCs I manage. Having the ability to share passes for 3rd party IT help is nice too.
We have been a screen connect/Connectwise Control user since 2012, a brilliant piece of software and pricing is very competitive. It's quick and supports a large number of clients.

Pros

The AnyDesk software solution for the remote desktop control is one of the best. It offers multiple options and tools integrated into a nice, very easy to use interface.
So I have to connect with my colleagues, so I always use AnyDesk to connect with the computers of my colleagues. I really like the outstanding performance of this software.
The thing that I liked the most is that it is reliable and easy to use software for accessing the desktop/laptop remotely. It is very easy to install.

Cons

Horrible, horrible customer service and support. I was constantly getting false positives.
Product support is disappointing. On the few occasions that I have needed to reach out to support, I ultimately figured out how to correct the problem myself.
The big thing we learned was not to use the unstable branch in production and that for more than 4 years the unstable had never caused us issue.

Cons

If poor internet connection, the keyboard stroke is not detected properly. It is very difficult to type something in remote desktop when we have poor internet connection.
I did not like that hackers can come in and destroy programs and make malware in the computer that is horrible to have done.
It is no longer necessary to leave the office or home to address the PC problems of other network users.

Ease of use and setup and the ability to customize my own domain. Other then that that the software is toooo slow.

Cons

Slow connection. 40 percent of the time the software is unresponsive from home. Seriously thinking about switching to AnyDesk.

Best remote access host I've used.

SC has let us move quickly on absorbing new clients into our remote access base and quickly assist people who just need a hop-on to show us an issue. Overall I recommend it highly.

Pros

Deploying is easy, customization is pretty simple, and the app's functionality is the best compared to every other app I've used (anydesk, teamviewer, splashtop, vnc solutions)

Cons

There's some features that just dont exist and they expect the community to develop plugins for those instead of doing it themselves. Things such as "prevent user from initiating chat when host is not connected" just isn't possible and evey though there's page after page of requests for it they don't do it for whatever reason.

Pros

easy to use and pretty powerful. love the easy options and nice layout. i have a few items in the toolbox that i can use often

Cons

issues with users not able to install as easy as installing lets say anydesk or teamviewer. also have issues if the user isnt an admin

see above you could have had the market targeting alot of users and devices all around the world with your good fair pricing but everything else is not so good as it was -- with webex, teamview, logmein, ultravnc free, dameware, Zendesk, anydesk, realvnc just to name a few we as IT professional cant afford to look stupid with virus threats coming up with screenconnect and telling people all these...

THE price compared to TEAMVIEWER AND LOG|ME in i was not a large operation so the licensing suited i loved the idea that i could make it a subdomain of my site or just have a link and it was White labelled affordable once i was remotely connected it was fine It has many integrations and partnered up with a lot of companies

Cons

Its a pity you have not a better business relationship with antivirus companies in most occasions and it was happening more and more that it would be picked up as a virus --- not good and worrying it has many integrations and features ---- these features were hard to install and because there was many versions - most the time hard to get the right compatibility -- these integrations should be one...
