DocuVantage OnDemand Contracts is a contract management solution for creating, distributing, storing, managing, and collaborating on contracts across organizations. The cloud-based tool also allows businesses to create custom workflows, manage governance and records, and integrate email. As an online contract management platform, DocuVantage OnDemand Contracts allows businesses of all types to share and collaborate on contracts within the cloud, ensuring the security and findability of all documents, and facilitating paperless workflows.
With DocuVantage OnDemand Contracts business employees, and any partners or clients with permissions, have instant access to company contracts from anywhere with internet connection. Contracts can be scanned, imported, captured, and shared across offices and to remote employees in order to eliminate the need to ship paper documents. DocuVantage facilitates batch import for uploading and sharing large quantities of documents for projects, and permissions can be managed by individual document or category to control who has access to what content. The full text search functionality allows users to search for specific contracts based on keywords and find contracts based on their subject matter or content.
Contracts can be managed and edited using DocuVantage OnDemand’s versioning tools including commenting, annotating, highlighting, and edits with full revision history to give insight into who made the changes. Authorization can be given to specific users for making changes to documents, and those responsible for each document are notified by email when people with permissions make changes to a document, or delete it entirely. DocuVantage OnDemand aids with collaboration by allow users to add notes to documents, save different versions, send document links to team members, store communications linked to each document, and more.
