Pros

It works for me on soo many levels and I'm glad to be a user for a long time. I love that they are always making amazing changes to make the software even better.
I like how it makes easy to just forward and share notes with the team, how fast and reliable is. It reminds me of passing notes in class without the teacher noticing, to be honest.
My department likes to use for all types of projects, and they act as a nice log for accomplishments as well. We also can build nice documentation thru this.

Pros

I also love its seamless transition from desktop to the mobile. And the natural language to create tasks is its best feature.
During my short time with this app, I loved it's UI the most. It was a delight, adding tasks and checking them off.
Outlook integration is useful as this is where most of my work-related tasks are stored.I also like that it has a dedicated section for grocery list.

Cons

The only downside I see is that it is difficult to get the app to recognize that you want to start writing. Sometimes I have to tap on it several times and it can get annoying.
The only complaint I have about Evernote Business is that it's expensive.
Subscription prices keep going up, and features are disappearing. Support is terribly slow.

Cons

There are no option to add a sub-task on the main task. I am forced to have a separate task board for all of the task, and group the task to have a somewhat similar to a sub-task.
I hate the cost, it is a bit high. I was upset also that their customer service isn't that great.
But when I was busy I wasn't drawn to check it. It's still on my phone and my usage is now more as a personal checklist and no longer for business.

Pros

Any.do allows you to share tasks with other people and can also contribute with notes and attachments. It is also compatible with Amazon Alexa.

Cons

There is no desktop app available for Any.do. There also does not seem to be any integration with Evernote.

My day starts with any.do for about 4 years now and it's awesome.

Pros

This is a great app (even just the free version) that helps you organize your everyday life and makes sure you don't forget anything. You can set recurring tasks, events, reminders, due dates. Notifications and alarms keeps you awake all the time.

Cons

The features are limited for free version. It would be great to have integration with other project management tools and I would love to see integration with Evernote too.

Pros

Any do helps you get things done. Great to use with a spouse or in a family for going over your grocery list.Its main feature, Any.Do Lists, allows users to organize tasks into lists, making it easier to manage and prioritize various activities.I personally love that is is cross-platform for the iPhone and in any browser. The syncing is great.

Cons

Just wish it was built more for teams and you could more easily assign large groups of people.

key to organizing several simultaneous projects

I suppose it is a normal experience, it is to get rid of tasks when your main task manager has expired, it has good prices when there are few people, the truth is I recommend it for small teams of a few people, that is my vision, no I would recommend it for very large, high priority projects.

Pros

It helps me manage my daily tasks in Chevron, the strong point is that you can make simple and robust reports at the same time of several simultaneous projects in this energy company, I think that marking the most convenient and priority ones is crucial in this sense, I also had a good link just with my personal calendar.

Cons

very bad notifications, sometimes they did not arrive when changing data traffic networks or they simply did not arrive in weeks, this is the weakest point of ANY, in addition to the fact that I had several login problems for people from the team to enter to generate feedback.

• Absolutely gorgeous UI. They say it's award winning and no wonder, I've tried todoist, google tasks (which come pretty close but are not as feature rich) and evernote to manage my TODOs and the competition is not even close. • Integration with Zapier. • I got premium just because of how frequently I use the app but none of the premium features are really worth paying for. I paid largely to support the devs, it was cheap enough. The daily Moment (where Any.do makes you go through that day's tasks and mark them done or postpone them) is the only thing I'd consider paying for, but even though you technically only get unlimited moments with premium...
