Whenever I have a new project or idea, it goes straight into Evernote. It's been the place I create projects from start to finish. From conception to completion, it's been my project management tool, the place I write any copy or content, it's the web of the project as a whole with necessary links.

Initially I used it for saving ideas for new writings, blogs and documents. Instead of paying to upgrade, I switched to Apple Notes, then eventually Notion.

My overall experience with Evernote is very amazing . Evernote has a handwritten capability. It has a far superior clipper. It has the offline note taking capacity which is one of the best thing .

It is easy to take notes and organize them. However, in comparison of another note-taking app like OneNote from Microsoft, it is not so easy and light. Especially, unique functions that other note-taking apps can't provide miss such as Notion which gives much complicated but useful database usage.

good but not good enough 

Your 'external brain' is a wonderful notion. Its very easy to get thoughts and clippings and notes and more into Evernote. I use the Chrome web clipper multiple times most days. The ability to include a text, audio and video in a note comes in handy. Applying multiple tags groups notes in countless ways. I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could...

I can streamline and simplify tedious tasks with the aid of Evernote. I can easily refer back to my hastily made notes in the app later so I won't forget anything important.

Cuando llegó el moménto de hacer mi maestría pensé seriamente pasarme a Notion, OneNote u Obsidian. Cada uno hace cosas geniales. Pero implicaba una curva de aprendizaje que no podía permitirme en ese momento. Además 10 años de información en mi Evernote pesan. Otra consideración importante es su Web Clipper, la extensión para el navegador que es un Plus que no tienen niguno de esos. Quiero guardar una pagina Web y consultarla Offline. En un par de Clics.  ¿Quiero búsquedas dentro de todos mis libros? ¿búsquedas de texto en fotos? ¿Anotar en mis clases y grabar el audio simultáneamente? Eso y más lo tengo en Evernote.

I'm in love Notion with Notion and I'm moving my personal info from Evernote

Like many others: I am a migrant-from-evernote-to-notion user.
So I really feel a difference. Evernote become with time a boring routine. You ended up konwing all what the software capacities without a horizon you can looking for. Evernote blog is a good resource but it is not enough for me.
The comparison with Evernote is critical for me. So I can tell you that Notion provide you all what Evernote offer plus a not-so-boring journey during using the product.

Very practical tool for almost everything

Notion is my personal information management tool other than Evernote.  

Notion, the newest and the best but too broad

I work at a University and Notion is free with an @edu account, so I feel very lucky to get to use this for free. 
First off, it's super helpful that they provide templates for common things you might want to do organized by categories: Design, Education, Engineering, Human Resources, Marketing, Personal, and Product Management. It also provides a selection of user-created templates. Amazing! So, as a beginner, you can play around with a template to start learning the ropes and possibilities. And the possibilities are ENDLESS. 

I think my first use case was to use the official Pokedex template that Notion provides. #nerd I play Pokemon Go, so I modified it to track my dex, but also keep track of the Luckies, Shinies, and trades I have lined up. I embarrassingly use this page the most. I created my own templates for Home Repairs (a CRM, Timeline, and budget) and Home Maintenance checklists for the entire year. I planned a trip that I shared with friends that included Places, Events, and Shopping Lists. And finally, have been trying to use it to replace my Google Spreadsheets for family finances and budgeting. Like I mentioned in the Cons, it's a bit tricky to get it set up exactly like I have it in spreadsheets, but I'm prone to overcomplicating things, so it's to be expected. I am at times thrown off by how slow it can become, but since the latest update that addresses this, I don't know that I've noticed the lagging anymore. I still am pretty motivated to keep using it.

This app is an all-in-one that can be as simple or as complex as you need it to be.

I switched from paid plan on Evernote and haven't looked back. I got us to switch from Monday and Evernote. Best decision. I even have a personal paid acct but I think most of it is free now.

Best platform for everything you need 

I would recommend to others, since its a suitable tool for me. Everybody has to try. 

My second brain is running on it

I use Notion to plan blog posts, collect research, make notes and save webpages. It has almost fully replaced evernote for me. I really love the mobile app and can see this tool developing further so it will be an all in one go to tool for organizing and planning. 

Notion is a great tool to organize just about anything

I use it as a personal CRM, and track all of my meetings and to do's. It's a bit manual (by design) but really helps me stay organized and on top of everything

Overall, I've had a good experience I don't use it everyday as its not the best for my work style. Sometimes you just want to open an application and jot down a note.

Notion an all in one per se

Very glad to have switched over from Evernote. Now my notes are better organised and easier to access. No more conflicting documents when I switch devices as well.

There is an initial learning curve, but...

I am using Notion as my second brain for a long time. It is an awesome piece of software, the presentation is beautifull, even the ideas like "notion wallpapers", small but so cute and meaningful. You are awesome guys, keep going please.
